Shipping Information

All items are made to order and are usually delivered in two weeks or less. If there will be a delay, we will do our best to notify you as soon as possible. If you have a special date in mind please email us and let us know.

USPS Certified Mail — $6 flat rate
2nd Day — $21 flat rate
Overnight – $34 flat rate

Repairs & Replacements

Lost an earring or damaged a piece by accident? We can help! Email us at with details (include a picture if a piece is damaged) and we will get back to you with a solution. The cost of repairs and replacements is handled on a case by case basis. In the off chance that one of our pieces is found to be damaged or defective, we will replace it for free within 30 days of your order's ship date. This applies to pieces purchased on only.



Easy Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If for some reason you are not fully satisfied, please follow these return instructions.

Any purchases made online must be returned directly to Alicia Mohr Jewelry and not to any retail stores. We are unable to accept any returns for items bought in a retail store. Please reach out to the retail store directly.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns postmarked within 10 days of receiving the shipment for credit only, less shipping costs. We do not accept returns after 10 days.

To return merchandise please send all items to Alicia Mohr, 1917 Dodge Avenue, Evanston, IL 60201. For your protection, please use a well-padded box or envelope and a traceable carrier. We cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping. All costs related to return shipping are paid by the customer.
